[Piano] 東方 04: LLS: Unused Theme - Dreamy Pilot

Been wanting to try my hand at covering this again for years. Dreamy Pilot is hands-down one of our top favorite themes from PC-98 Touhou.
I would leave some remark about how much better the world would be with Dreamy Pilot as the proper stage 4 theme from LLS, but then we wouldn't have Alice Maestra, so... Enough said.
