Join us as MAN Sports athlete Derek Owens takes you through a quick barbell complex to get that heart rate pumping. This is a quick exercise that will only take 20 minutes and is perfect for burning that extra fat.
Breakdown:
Perform as many times as possible in a 20 minute timeframe.
1 - 10 bent over rows
2 - 1 clean followed by 10 overhead presses
3 - 10 back squats
4 - 10 burpee over bars

I did this today and it got my attention.
Following a one mile run and a bit of jump rope to warm up,I was able to do six rounds in approx.20 minutes and 20 seconds.
I am 75 plus years old and have been exercising my whole life.

Would you combine this workout with a push/pull/legs program and do it instead of cardio?
Tough complex 4 sure. He’s doing more of a push- press for shoulders and I would bend my legs more on rows use less lower back. But looks killer

Bent over row, OHP, Squat, dunno what to call the crossfit thing... isn't that only 4 movements? I thought you said 5, but dont want to miss something. I like it.

I would do overhead, but it puts a lot of pressure on my back. The other workouts look fun though
I recommend you strengthen your core,starting with planks and Superman’s plus other ab/core exercises of your choice.Same thing used to happen to me years ago when I started doing the bear complex

Imo the burpees are overkill
