I am all for a Clubhouse app. I enjoy the conversations between African Americans from different backgrounds, cultures and walks of life. What I don't particularly care for is the blatant racism and ethnocentrism being propagated on the app. We can all celebrate our culture without tearing down or putting down other races and cultures. I completely agree with Royce about protect and respecting black women, or any woman for that matter. It's tough as hell out here as a woman. I dont even look a lot of males in the eye when I go out, because some take it as an invitation to bother me. I dont go a lot a places alone, you have to be careful in how you turn some males down or they get aggressive or confrontational.. it's just a mess. So yes, we have to do better on that issue.
