Condition Monitoring Tool Kit: BCM Configuration Assistant Demo

Did you ever wonder what the new BCM Configuration Assistant on the CMTK is about and can be used for? It is a tool to easily configure the BCM with just a few steps for the vibration monitoring of specific assets. As it depends on established ISO standards commonly used in vibration monitoring it helps our customers turn data into information.
The BCM Config Assistant currently supports the vibration monitoring of the following assets:
1. Motors (according to ISO 10816-3)
2. Pumps (according to ISO 10816-7)
3. Fans (according to ISO 14964)
4. Compressors (according to ISO 10816-3 or 20816-8)

excellent video! I have a question:
In the case of exceeding one of the limits established in the parameterization, the displayed alert will indicate the severity level of the event?
For example: "Alarm level B" or will it only show an alert on one of the axes?

Thank you for the positive feedback and your question. Both information will be provided by the BCM sensor. The sensor indicates which severity zone your machine is currently in. You can also use the axis alarms to see which of the 3 measuring axes is responsible for the current severity zone.
