I had this issue for a very long time and at one point it just stopped. Maybe see if there is a way to downgrade back to windows 10 because that is very odd.
upgrading to windows 11 was your first mistake, windows 11 doesn't have much of any support for a huge amount of games and very very often does not have any way of fixing anything

it's a roblox or your internet issue. So many people have experienced such thing in the past, it either instantly popped up either ALWAYS froze the game/the game excluding you and then pops up with the message. SO If your having the same issue as me, please comment down below. Before starting however, I would like to point out that I have a very good PC along with good internet hooked up to an ethernet cable. my GPU is an RTX 3080 Super, so as far as I'm concerned, it is NOT a technical issue. Imagine your playing a fighting game, everything is running smoothly, no ping spikes, nothing. Then out of nowhere ROBLOX freezes, it's like your having some huge lag spike, unable to move but knowing that your about to get King Crimsoned. After a few long seconds, you're back, your HP is down by 2 bars, and you have to either come back or give up. There is no crash screen, no ping spikes, just ROBLOX freezing. This is the problem I currently have and as of today, I have tried almost everything. From resetting my router, PC, and ethernet. Reinstalling ROBLOX and even wiping my computer completely back to default, and even restarting my ISP (I didn't even know you could do that). But nothing has worked. Thankfully with all of this I have confirmed that if your having identical problems like me, then it is NOT a technical issue with your PC or a network issue. The ROBLOX application itself is freezing up and I have yet to find a fix for this. So, if anyone else shares the same problem, please comment below if you have a fix or share in my struggle.

If you are running the game on the Microsoft store app then its an issue with the Microsoft store app. I have been having the save issue for years and it has never been fixed

I used to have this exact same issue after upgrading to Windows 11. I don't know the best way to fix it. If you are willing, you may want to try factory resetting your PC and see if that fixes it. Keep all your important passwords and files stored elsewhere because it will delete everything.
Haha, try turning on the performance stats from Roblox setting in-game then you can see your ping going really high meaning that either your wifi or your device is bad

When i play roblox from the web it frozens when i touch anything from my keyboard, wat i have to do?

Everytime i join to roblox and try to join a game then it freezes and never unfreeze so i unplug the charge and after a while when it goes to 0% charge then it turns off then i open it again gave my laptop charge and tryna join roblox again and tryna join a game it keep freezing and i dont know what to do pls tell me how can i unfreeze it please 😭😭

None of the methods work for me. It is really frustrating for me how the methods never fix my issues. Ive dealt with a roblox crashing issue that couldn't be fixed by the normak methods 5 times by now. With doors floor 2 being out at the time u get how frustrating it is
Hey i did all of your methods and have watch a lot of videos and it hasn't helped you seem like the best one out of the bunch and i am wondering if you could help.
The problem is that my game freezes and everyone stands in place not moving while i can move freely and then after a while it finally gives me the message you have disconnected if you know how to fix this it would be very helpful.

I used to have this exact same issue after upgrading to Windows 11. I don't know the best way to fix it. If you are willing, you may want to try factory resetting your PC and see if that fixes it. Keep all your important passwords and files stored elsewhere because it will delete everything.
Haha, try turning on the performance stats from Roblox setting in-game then you can see your ping going really high meaning that either your wifi or your device is bad

None of these have worked for me, ive restarted my computer, deleted roblox then redownloaded it, i deleted all the things on that run thing, and still, nothing works..? I genuinely dont understand.. my roblox was just fine on my computer a couple weeks ago and now its doing this. It might be the anti virus on your computer. Try deleting the anti virus. Also update your drivers

@@Anywayyz like the camera access? Or smth else, im kinda confused can you go like this: Setting > Camera > Camera settings > Camera thing > deactivate it (also just to make sure were on the same page roblox will freeze after like maybe 1-2 mins or shorter/longer depends for no reason and then disconnects you without error but its only on roblox player not microsoft)
@@CruelMoon I don't think we have the same problem because mine was just like roblox would freeze 5 seconds then work again but would do that often like every 3 minutes
@@Anywayyz oh because mine happens always it dosent go on and off, although there was a time where it worked and i did nothing and it stayed like that for a month then it went back (ive had this problem since march 2024)

It's annoying cause it happens everytime in Blade Ball when I'm about to win a match like God forsake it just happens at that time, it must be fate or sum shit. Whole PC fucking freezes and of course starts running after the dude wins, and my PC ran perfectly fine for the longest time, I never downloaded anything other than official title games.
