Try restarting your machine if the option is available. Also check and make sure that there is no firewall or malware software blocking the TCP packets. Also you have to absolutely sure you have followed all the step above as leaving any one would not work. Another thing to ensure would be that you do the setting for both SQLEXPRESS and MSSQLSERVER configuration. I know that Wonderware user manual only outlines performing these Share Memory, Named Pipes and TCP/IP configuration for MSSQLSERVER SQL Server Network configuration but I have been stuck in some tight spots where when I configured both only then it worked for me.... I follow all as you do but it can’t fix. It’s still show “ create operation failed” .What should I do.
