This is in reference to the olive oil commercial that came on before this podcast saying olive oil is good for the skin.... Olive oil has a disproportionate ratio of oleic oil to linoleic acid; this means that olive oil can dry out the skin and does not repair the skin barrier. Moreover, a research study in 2012 discovered that olive oil can disrupt the skin's barrier and could promote the development of and increase eczema. There are so many oils out there that are good for the skin. He needs to slow down on his olive oil fantasy.

What good news for a cheese lover. But does the cheese have to be made from A2 milk, or is any good quality fermented cheese OK, no matter what type of milk it's made from?
Sardinian pecorino cheese contributes large amounts C15 which correlates with men living longer, having lower heart issues. Most world eats low quality butter with carbs, esp sugar.
Sorry, in science correlation doesn't mean causation, everybody should know that. When there is scientific trials done on a correlated subject, more than 80% of correlations don't confirm them as causation. There's just too many variables-- often butter is eaten with bread, this could be a variable...

in italy they use EVO and in france they use butter alot and both countries have least heart decease.
But caseine protein is not inherently bad. Also, yeah ofcourse butter consumption causes the most problems for the heart. It's the dairy that contains the most fat. Butter is fine for most people in moderation. Butter also has a lot of great health benefits. As does milk. As does cheese.
When MTC oil was introduced to Korea, many people put that oil into their coffee to lose weight and get more energy. So I tried as I was curious about it, but I stopped after few times because I could not digest it properly and felt sick all day. Now I add grass fed butter into my coffee every morning, but I never had any problem and taste good.
Dr. Gundry, my Costco does not have Italian butter. They have some New Zealand butter grass fit but I don't know if that's from a2 cows..
probably but it's the healthiest dairy you can get from nz.
A little goes a long way for me.
I feel great eating goat butter in fact better than I can even remember & I'm 70.

The problem with olive oil is that the bulk of it is not pure olive oil it's a blend of bad oils too. Look this up. Even 60 minutes did a report on this.
Yeah, and REAL olive oil is pretty freaking expensive. I'm sure it's no problem $$$ for Dr. Gundry, but pretty cost prohibitive for most of us to use as our 'go-to fat' of choice

What about if one lives in Greece (southern Europe, but their cows were not mentioned explicitly) - I LOVE their goat milk, goat cheese, goat yogurt.... but I still miss cow's butter...
Are Greek cows approved by Dr. Gundry?
Gundry just wants you stay away from animal foods because they're that healthy, he mentions these obscure animal foods that no one can get to deter you way from it all together, its not funny, you need animal foods to build the body, plants cleanse the body.
I only go with those doctors that able to proof it. Butter isn't that bad.

I love it too 🥹❤️. Pure Irish butter is the only one I eat.
Dr Gandry , does Ghee has butyric acid and any benefits?
You should post the study you are referring to. A link would be very helpful.
@Paul B phuck you. what point is your comment supposed to make? UA-cam creators "quoting information" should do their due diligence and share the source of the info they are quoting. It's common sense among UA-cam research channels.
Hi Dr Gundry, What is your take on clarified butter, aka ghee?
I went on his program a year ago and bought Ghee because he said to. Now, he does not endorse it! By the way, I felt worse!

Opinions about healthy and unhealthy foods seem to change weekly. One day everyone says a food is good for you and the next day that same food is unhealthy. In the meantime you have changed your diet to the healthy food only to have to change back again. Nobody seems to have the right answer. The only thing to have workded is the raw fish and other raw foods that the Australian consummed when he was stuck out in the pacific on a catamaran for many days. His stomach cancer disappeared. When found the doctors were amazed at his condition and health. Maybe I need to stop eating altogether:(

If I'm correct you mentioned to use sesame oil? Isn't that the worst thing for you?
He said he uses it because people in the Middle East eat a lot of it and are healthy.

Hello what best butter at Walmart or Aldi
Is malk the same as milk?
So what happens when you eat butter for 30 days?
Just eat raw A-2 organic butter you will be perfectly healthy
No saturated fats will increase your total cholesterols and apo b.
Dr. Gundry, is the Ghee and A2 Ghee any better for you than Grass fed butter?
Hi Dr, what about ghee which is fermented butter? Thank you.
Dr. Gundry, how come you recommend goat cheese, when it's one of the products highest in Neu5gc?
What's Neu5gc?

The Irish grass-fed butter is about the only one available here in the Philippines and very expensive....so I will drop that off my list and use more olive oil. Goat cheese is available in some stores in the larger cities.
GO for that goat cheese bro! It's way more bioavalable then cow.

For those with cow dairy allergies like me...
I have no issues with goat butter & goat kefir.
My gut issues are getting alot better too.

Was this dairy pasteurized or homogenized? Milk, butter, etc. I hear homogenization messes up the fat globules forcing them straight into the blood stream where before they were all different sizes.
What about coconut oil or coconut cream in coffee?
All butter is fine. I lost 75 lbs eating food cooked in butter. Just remember that everything in moderation is a good idea!
Is the cheese here in America any good?
I've just checked my butter. It contains 0,6% of proteins. Does it really matter if there is A1 or A2 in it?

This is in reference to the olive oil commercial that came on before this podcast saying olive oil is good for the skin.... Olive oil has a disproportionate ratio of oleic oil to linoleic acid; this means that olive oil can dry out the skin and does not repair the skin barrier. Moreover, a research study in 2012 discovered that olive oil can disrupt the skin's barrier and could promote the development of and increase eczema. There are so many oils out there that are good for the skin. He needs to slow down on his olive oil fantasy.
Would you please, recommend, what sorts of cheese is better to eat? Is it ok with such cheeses like mozarella, ricotta?
from what i understand is that mozzarella and parmesan are ok to eat.
