- Opening week of deer season was pretty quiet for the most part. I'm back down for a second gun weekend. I came down a few days early to hook up a sub breaker panel and do some chores with the Polaris 570 Midsize. I also have a new method to get some lightweight remote power deeper into the woods. Small inverters for your cordless power tool batteries.

Good job hound dog,,,,,
Ridgid also makes a smaller charger for just charging phones and other smaller devices for $30 on Amazon.
Cool battery idea!
The auto unit might change depending on the load. In idle it is limping along not using much power to create full power wave.
I have a Milwaukee heated jacket. The M12 battery pack has a usb port i can plug my phone charger into. It cones with a 2 amp battery. I bought 3 more batteries and a second charger for the jacket. Jacket not the best thing i have used but the idea of the batteries and charger is realy nice.
Have you bought any of the small WiFi cameras that are advertised on this video? Enjoyed as always!
Sorry no, I usually am not aware of the ads inserted by UA-cam.
👍
I don’t want to start a brand war so I won’t mention any names but some brands do not have the battery controller on the battery (it’s in the tool/charger) so if you use third party devices on those you can run the battery down below a level where it will ever be able to recharge again. My basic understanding from using them in the kids 12v powerwheels jeep is that the battery controller tells the battery when it’s dead or when to stop putting out power so it doesn’t get to 0% as that permanently kills the cells. Do research before you try with your own $150 drill battery brand. (Yes I did kill one of my drill batteries on the kids powerwheels…)
Don’t know if this applies to the battery you killed, but some can be resurrected. Usually it involves opening the case and jumping 2 contacts or www.popularmechanics.com/home/tools/a28281362/how-to-jumpstart-a-dead-tool-battery/
