    Man your a talented plumber. I did my apprenticeship plumbing in Ireland. Been out of plumbing for 10 years now because different circumstances. But you and some other guys are giving me the push to get back at it. Great video 👍

      @@UnequaledHeating what's your take on position of expansion on Low loss headers. I've always put it on the suction of the return pump??

      @@simonexcell6496 by the book it should be on the most neutral part of the system, like you say prior to the pump is a good shout.. in reality though, I've not seen many problems from them being sited anywhere that's reasonable.

      @@jeremywestern7067 agreed about heat loss on the uninsulated pipes. You have to admit this guy is an artist. I love the neatly soldered joints. Also you know that took some graft.

    What fitting did you use to get onto the the overflow tundish? I tried various 1” n a half and 2” solvent but nothing fitted. Going to try a Mcalpine tomorrow

    Great video complex fitting would be good to hear some more explanations of pipes were there going why you chose 2 cylinders and tech info flow etc and what was blue tank for ? , but pipe work is a piece of art I will now subscribe , if I hassle you to explain more its only because I am keen thanks

      The two unvented cylinders were due to height restrictions, we needed 300 litres of stored hot water but couldn't fit a single 300 litre cylinder in. The blue tank is a mains booster and explained in my latest video. thanks mate.

    Fantastic job mate. Would love to know the order in which you go through to plan out the layout of components & pipe runs. I'm a budding plumber & this is the standard I'm aiming for - one day!

      Thats a tough one to teach mate, for me its just experience, i've done so many boiler rooms that they all blend into one, so in my head i take snippets from each one to find a solution that works best.

    Stunning job there my friend. ' I like soldering but recently my mate bought a pressfit gun and I have to say I really liked it as there no paste etc. Is it something you would consider.

      Just the will to improve mate, i exclusively fitted combis for 8 years as the thought of zone valves and wiring terrified me. i just put my head down, read lots online and spoke to guys on the forums (it was a while back)
