Good song, but sometimes I think this band is more 'Gothic' than 'metal', so if you were a fan from early on when they were quite heavy. I would imagine this song would frustrate some fans.
Yes, you are right, this album frustrates me, but I have realised that I don't hate it as much as I thought. It's actually the fans of this era who have negative things to say about their death/doom that have put me off of this album. That and the fact that the band are scared to play stuff from their first album in fear of isolating their fans who prefer this. Annoying. But I'm only here to recheck my distaste for this album and yeah, I don't hate it as much as I thought I did. But it is still my least favourite from the band.
@@Aenigmakil They re-recorded Frozen Illusion for the bonus edition of Medusa. I'm pretty sure they played some tracks from Lost Paradise in their 2017-2018 tour as well.
