Yeah, I always keep a small waterproof tool kit in the back of my truck 7/16th socket and wrench, whole bow kit and some extra cam straps and amsteel daisy chains too.
I bought the novix full length sticks right after I bought the stand and used them last year and didn't like the single step on top so I bought four beast double steps for each stick and added LW aiders and I think that's the ticket for me. Not sure if novix sells their double steps separate yet but it's a good idea for them to add these to their arsenal.
These look cool. I’m still rocking the lone wolf sticks that have the flip steps. No matter how much I strategize, I always have to change footing on the way down. Good review!
Think these would work well for me? I'm 5'4 150 lbs and in decent shape. Don't like sticks that I have to lift my legs super high for in my heavy winter hunting boots. Getting cold here in Michigan now so I'm having to bundle up more.
I hear you on double steps... But question for you... Do the sticks spend more time under your feet.... or on your back... Me - personally - I opt for packability and weight.
I like you're content. You're right way better than a hawk. I use 3 shikar 22s with a movable aider. I also use the ewo ultimate one stick. I'm glad hawk makes things affordable, but for a little more I would easily go with these

Another great review Jayce! I share your sentiments about these sticks. They are a absolute steal at the price! 2 things to note. The rotating standoff allows for a seamless side stack if you want to go that route! And yes the sticks are short, but think about the products they are meant to pair with. The mission or helo! Their length allows the sticks to stay in the frame of those items. Another great job tho man
Great review Jayce.i got the beast 20s.absolutely love them.dont like the cam buckle straps.so I went to cargoequipment.com and had some 8 foot heavy duty cam buckle straps made.they come with heavy duty cam buckles.put stealth strips on the buckles.used them for about 80 hunts last year. Still like new.i had the 8 foot ones made for bigger trees.i got 6.2 for my lone Wolf stand.just giving you some info.keep bringing those videos. Love them.
I like 18" its easy to climb. 20s aint too bad. 22" are hard for me. It depends on how athletic or how tall u are and your step distance your comfortable with.

Lone wolf portable tree stand company is owned and operated by the same folks who own Novix. Under novix its my understanding they do not have to pay royalties to the old owner of lone wolf from the 90s.

Solid stick. I bought the Novix single step minis last summer. I like the looks of the doubles better.
