Hey there, no I did not use a top coat... acrylic paint does not wash out of your clothes if you let it dry completely. I added the water to make it easier to splatter on the sweatshirt. I’ve washed it and dried it twice so far.
Awesome!!! I would put a little paint into a disposable cup and just gradually add a very small amount of water until you get it to thin up just a little. Not too much though. Hope it turns out great!!!☺️
@@femalehustlecowithzee I didn't I used the paint and added a Lil bit of water and used a paint brush to make the splatter look and it came out perfect. Thank you forresponding. .
Not sure if you noticed from my video, my white and gold didn’t soak into the fabric but my red did so I re-mixed it with less water. Turns out I added too much liquid to the red. What type of paint are you using?
The white and gold both came from Walmart... Apple Barrel (white), Folkart Metallic (gold) and the red from Hobby Lobby I believe Anita’s permanent acrylic.
Can u help me with a shirt I will pay if u can fix it it got ink spots on it and I think splatter paint is the solution it's a vintage air jordan flight shirt from 2008 I will pay
Thank you so much. I waited a few days to put the design on, the paint was completely dry. Happy to say that no paint for on my heat press but I did use my Teflon sheet on top to protect everything. 😊
I recently started doing this lovely thing on my jeans and stuff, my question is, after pain job is done do we have to do any ironing or heat treatment on this to get more firm for longer period ????
Hello. I didn’t wait for it to dry fully before I flipped to the back. After about 5 minutes I started on the back plus I was outside with a nice little breeze.
You can wash it after it dries if you’d like. Since I knew I would be adding my logo to the hoodie I did not wash it after it dried. I have washed it numerous times since I made it and it still holding up great.
@@femalehustlecowithzee thank you for this you are the only one I have found to say you have washed and dried it numerous times and still good. Do you wash on cold and dry on medium or low?
You did a wonderful job, Queen.
Oh how awesome!! I’m excited to try this!!!!!
Thank you for sharing. Definitely trying this this week.
I hope it turns out great!
Love your tutorial.
so cool and creative way 🙏 could u please tell, how u care after painting? Like ironing and washing, thanks 🙏
Well done! Actually, I was wondering the proportion between the water and the paint. It would be great if you tell us about that. Thanks😂

Thank you so much!

What paint do you use so it stays on when you wash it?
Right
Thaank you auntie!
Hi Great work! Did you let the back dry first before you flipped it over?
Thank you!! I waiting about 5 or 10 mins before I flipped it over.
How is the feel of it did it turn out a little rough feeling or did it soften up after washing?
Did you have to put a top coat on to seal the paint on the fabric? Are you able to clean your shirt in the washer and dryer?

Hey Zee! Today I’m going to be making some splatter sweatshirts! I have MagicFly fabric paint, do I still need to add water to get it like yours?

Did u get the splatter look with fabric paint? Did it wash out?
This is cool. What kinda hoodie is that?
This is a Gildan hoodie.
Have you tried mixing alcohol with the acrylic paint?
Sorry for the late response. No I haven’t tried that. If you did let me know house it turned out.
@@femalehustlecowithzee I didn't I used the paint and added a Lil bit of water and used a paint brush to make the splatter look and it came out perfect. Thank you forresponding. .
Sorry I meant to say I didn't use Alcohol in with the paint.
I tried this with a shirt but it was so stiff afterwards an after a wash, any tips to help with that?
What type of paint did you use? I may do a tutorial using t-shirt.
How do you keep the paint vibrant? Mine soaked into the black material🥺

Hi what brand paint did you use? 😄
The white and gold both came from Walmart... Apple Barrel (white), Folkart Metallic (gold) and the red from Hobby Lobby I believe Anita’s permanent acrylic.
That is so nice, you make it look so easy. I'm hoping to try it soon.
😂 It is so make sure you try it soon. You’ll love whatever you make.

Did you wash it before or after you painted it? Did you seal the paint in anyway? What was the ratio you used of paint to water?
I love this video it was really helpful for me.. did any of the paint get stuck to your heat press when you pressed it ?
Thank you so much. I waited a few days to put the design on, the paint was completely dry. Happy to say that no paint for on my heat press but I did use my Teflon sheet on top to protect everything. 😊
Thank you for taking time to teach this. It’s really cute.
You’re welcome!

Dope work!! Did you add anything to the paint to make sure it lasts throughout multiple washes?
When you put the paint , do you have to put anything else on top of it ? Or does it come off when you wash it. Ascing for a friend lol
❤ Looks good! And I got long strokes the complete opposite of what I was trying to do. 😂
Do you sell these? If so, how much have you sold them for?
what brand is that hoodie?
So the paint washes off? Or it just stays no matter how many times you wash it?
can I use this method on black jeans?
Thank you so much for this video.
You’re welcome!
Girl you did your thing with this! I have to try this!
would this not just wash off though?
Bro why you don’t show the actual motion on how to throw the paint
Sorry I didn’t show more😟... but check times 5:05-5:08 and 5:59-6:00 this is how I did the motion for the whole hoodie
Ohhh nice
How do you seal the paint to where it doesn't come off?
Once the paint dries completely you’re good. It won’t come off as long as you’re using the correct paint.
how much would you charge to di ne sine shirts like this
Thank you so much, please question, did you use heatpress to press the vinyl unto the hoodie 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 ?
Does the paint wash out?
Hey there. No the paint doesn’t washout. Once the paint has completely dried you can wash it with no worries.
So good,is it okay to only use acrylic paint on fabric? Won't it be removed when you wash it?
Thanks.my son is crazy about the solar system and this gave me an idea.
1st one was the best one imo
How long is the dry time for u to continue other side..
Hello. I didn’t wait for it to dry fully before I flipped to the back. After about 5 minutes I started on the back plus I was outside with a nice little breeze.
The acrylic paint won’t wash out
Looks Good
Thank you!
Do you think I can use any other paint other than acrylic?
You can probably use fabric paint as well. The idea is to use paint that will not harm your fabric or wash out when it’s time to launder it.
Thank you. @@femalehustlecowithzee
Very beautiful is it same to jeans
Yessss I love that super dope
It looks Amazing 🤩
Thank you!
Amazing
Dope
Nice
I Love it ❤❤❤❤
Well done☘
Thank you!
Can i use paint brushes to get that splatter look or do I have to get the sponges you have ?
Absolutely! You can do a test on a small area first to see if you like the the look of the splatter.
That came out awesome
Thank you so much I love it!
Do you wash it once it drys?
You can wash it after it dries if you’d like. Since I knew I would be adding my logo to the hoodie I did not wash it after it dried. I have washed it numerous times since I made it and it still holding up great.
