Schools send out generic emails and letters. Those camps are generally money makers for the school. Is she in a database where they got her name? If the letter is generic, it's not directed at her specifically.
My son is a senior in high school and his desire to play soccer at a D1 college. I would welcome the chance for you to evaluate him. How do I start this process?
Get your checkbook out. Then ask yourself if these recruiting companies are qualified to "evaluate" a player. I don't know NSR specifically but many of these, like NCSA, have huge turnover and are little more than a money making machine. Just research their backgrounds before you pay. P.S. - high school soccer is irrelevant. Your son needs to be playing club ball, academy or MLS connected ball.

How could I get my soccer player evaluated?

Your club coach and Director can evaluate him/her for whatever you're already paying them.
