I don't really remember what it did, but I think enhanced the users natural abilities beyond what they normally could do, basically an Ultimatrix without the Ultimate Transformations, but the Altaire's creator decided that the device was too dangerous, and sent in to Earth, because, to quote Azmuth "We were too much off a stupid and backwater species that we wouldn't be able to understand and use the Poltis Altaire to its full potential. The device's creation was what helped inspire Azmuth to create the Prototype Omnitrix.

It's an addon, a java addon not bedrock if that's what you're confused about. This isn't a mod you can just download you have to put it in an addonpacks folder and download the required mods to play it

For 5yl you can make your Omnitrix invisible with stealth mode, that's probably what you did. If not I'm not sure. Maybe your skin is overlaying
