I have joined the gang of those who never trims their hair. I only trim off single strand knots and split ends. 😂 Figured I can’t be struggling to retain length and yet cutting them lengths off
Same I won’t be cutting my hair anymore because no matter what my ends will be thinner than the new growth. We wonder why we never reach tailbone length
I hear you , but it is possible if you take very good care of your ends. That’s really where the challenge is. But I think @NinthJewel was referring to cutting the ends unnecessarily because it’s longer and naturally thinner as it grows longer as opposed to cutting damaged ends. Most naturals think the ends must always be thick or that means it’s not healthy. I used to chase that too but never happened cos my hair naturally grows in layers so my ends with long hair will never be thick naturally. So in the next few videos I’m going to be talking about how I plan to do it and see if it works .
Yeah and no😅. The first couple of cuts over the last few months, yes 😭but I was very ready this time to let it all go cos it was in a horrible state. I also couldn’t go on knowing I had all that mess in my hair lol so I’m definitely glad it’s gone now and ready and excited to grow it out again 💕. What really upsets me is when I think about where my hair would have been now if this setback didn’t happen 😩a cry a little inside everytime 😅
@LimitlessBloom I understand your hair will grow back. I braiding stylist messed up my waistlength hair. It took a year to recover then I had other health issues. I'm currently taking supplements seasmoss Moringa tea Green match tea Iron supplement I've made an intense herbal butter and hair tea Henna brahmi brinraja and more I'll be using this consistency why having in my crochet locs. Stay encouraged your hair will grow back healthier and longer.
Awww bless you. What’s scary about setbacks is when you have no control over it like your health. Let’s all pray for good health and the mindset to do things that will keep us healthy not just for our hair but life in general 💕. Thank you for the kind words. You’ve got this 💪🏾

I hear you sis! Is there anything you plan to do to keep your ends in tip top shape?
But is your hair healthy? Having tailbone length hair is one thing; but having tailbone HEALTHY hair is another thing entirely 🤷🏽♀🤷🏽♀

Whew Sis 😅 I’m sure it stung a little bit to cut off that much hair. But you’ve grown your hair out before and can do it again. 💕💜
