Lovely build! I just finished doing this house myself and, for some reason, I couldn't sell the ladder down to the basement. I noticed you did just a month ago. It feels as though loads of new bugs are popping up in this game all of a sudden.

You can´t sell the ladder. I just build walls around it and I bought a new staircase in another place. There is no bug. Hopefully I could help you with that 🙂

How did you get rid of the giant red “MAKE HOUSE” text on the facade?
I repaneled the entire exterior but the text is still there 😵

Hello Schmidty. You can sell the lettering. If I remember correctly, you have to stand a little higher and look for the selling point. I hope I could help you with it.
