    Very useful information !! In 2 BHK also if someone go with open parking then will get discount of rs 3 lac as you mentioned it for 1 BHK

      Prakash Singh Ji, Open parking options only available for 1BHK. 2BHKs have covered car park only.

      Wagholi-Lohegaon road stretch which falls under Lohegaon (PMC) already widened. Road stretch which falls under Wagholi will take time as it's under PMRDA.

    All - I am a customer of Rohan Builders India and I live in Rohan Abhilasha, Pune. And since last 2.5 years of possession , my flat has seepage issues (some extreme, some minor). And all I’ve got in the name of fixing is ‘wait.. post monsoon..no agencies.. etc etc etc’
    Oh and btw - this is not only with my flat .. but more than 100 units have put up a seepage complaints and more adding up with time. Some major construction fault - people may even look for legal options for compensation. Very soon.

    @RohanBuilders, I find it hard to believe that on one hand you are saying 2bhk is of 611 sq ft carpet and if we do a simple calculation of all the room specifications which you have shown in the vdo then it shows total area of the 2bhk as 536 sq ft then where the balance of 75 sq ft gone. Hope you are not including parking into carpet area.. Do let me know as I am interested in the 2bhk..
