Do videos or a video on cork city in Ireland there are a lot of construction projects planned. For the city and the city boundary is expanding. It is the 2nd largest natural harbour in the world and it is planned to be a counter balance to Dublin as all of Ireland’s investments in the past have gone to Dublin, but are now going into cork. Please do!!!
There is no “new canal”. There are however new, parallel locks, longer and wider than the old ones, and which were built alongside the existing ones. Also some narrower parts of the existing canal were also widened.

It's to separate marine species of two oceans which would normally need to migrate miles and miles until a canal acted as a shortcut.
