You can steep the lavender with butterfly pea flower and it will add nutrition and turn it purple without needing dye!

Followed this recipe to the T. Even used coconut sugar. Looks nothing like the first batch shown. The commentary fails to mention how long you should steep the lavender.

lavender has some great benefits. I would have to look into anxiety, but it has calming effects when I use the oils at night forsure

u have to grow some in ur own garden or where ever preferably inside
