Honestly of all the youtuber / content creators I subscribe to, these “rescue” style, revival, resurrection videos are my favorite by far. I even bought my own 6.0 💩 box, xlr, put new carpet in, full lariat, leather, front and rear seats, new style tailgate, camera, touch screen, 22’ black ford spoke wheel, did all the “bullet proofing”… just to sell it and do it again.
1. I enjoy the quick transformations on cheaper vehicles. You’re really good at bang for your buck upgrades. 2. I think it’s time to sit down and make a priority list for your projects. Figure out which one needs finished first. You’ve got some awesome vehicles, but you’re drowning. Make the list, stick to the list, and consider selling whatever ends up near the bottom of the list. We all want to see you succeed.
You need a shop manager, someone who will have go sign off on all purchases, do all the calculations on profits, order part's and negotiate with other shop's so you can outsource some of the load. My vote is for Jaymie...or Ty.
Put the 2wd cab on the lifted frame and put a manual shift transfer case in it so no wiring issues put the 2wd engine in the red truck and use the studded 05 engine in the ranger that makes 3 higher value truck sales no waste and way faster to do

That dark gray “rusted” unit is like a 10 year old truck here in the northeast.. I would try the tint raptor maybe like a dark gunmetal over the existing flat black and onto the fenders, good daily !

There's a guy that now makes a dash panel to put in a 11-16 center console in with a seamless fit basically grafted the two panels together where the center console goes to the dash makes it look factory
If you did a quick two tone with a charcoal grey or bronze on the bottom instead of the black rock guard hat truck would look really good. Ditch the bumper.

I just finished replacing the trans temp sensor on my 2007 powerstroke. $67.00 for the sensor, $275.00 for the trans oil and filters! lol Quick and easy job though, just drop the pan and there it is, easy to get at. And yeah, I would put a stock front bumper on it too, that one just doesn't suit that truck

I bought it back from him, i pulled some parts for the Turbo Vip Sleeper Civic Build that we gave away. The engine needs pulled apart and rebuilt as it smokes like crazy, but it should be a solid ripper once thats all done - now we just need to figure out where it stands on the priority list haha
trevies F-Ford Ship'n flip, why don't you body swap the grey truck with the 2wd truck to sell it and then part out the rest of it for the Danger Ranger?
If I was going to diesel swap my Ranger , I would look for a Cummins 4BT . A 6 liter Powerstroke seems like it would it would be too nose heavy , and my 4 liter V6 already fills the engine bay up .

We got the temp sensor replaced and its good to go! we already towed 2 cars on my trailer with it and it was solid!

I had a 2003 6.0. I’ve had just about every new diesel and that power stroke was the best sounding. Unfortunately it did the 6.0 things.
