Deserts always manage to fool us. Because at a glance, we detect nothing but sand, dry brush and undulating heat rising up. But when you do look, the Egypt desert is alive. Animals rule the land, skies and surrounding seas and thrive in the scorching heat.
I am from Egypt and I did not know that Egypt is so rich in wildlife. I am very grateful to be part of this great country and I am honored to be the grandson of the ancient Egyptians, the owners of the greatest civilization in ancient history.
This video beautifully showcases Egypt's desert wildlife, highlighting their resilience and diversity in harsh conditions. As a nature enthusiast, I'm amazed by the wonders of life on our planet. This documentary is a reminder to appreciate nature's beauty, even in unexpected places like deserts. Thanks for sharing this incredible glimpse into Egypt's wild side! 🌿
Fun facts: If you see a camel spider during the day and it runs at you, it is not trying to chase you. It wants to shelter in your shadow. Fennec foxes make TERRIBLE pets. They can't be house trained, and a single spray of pee can stink for over a month. They also scream whenever they are excited, scared, hungry, happy, or have a stray thought. On the other hand, sight hounds like the Saluki are wonderful pets. Even though they chase and catch prey, they will not mangle it. Instead they will gently release it into the hand of their owner. They have what's called a "soft mouth". My dog won't even play tug with me, because it goes against her instincts to release.
I saw the jarbou in the zoo very cute 🥰 and that's what we call it Here In Egypt , in English it's jarbou too ? Or it has a different name? I enjoy watching the video Thank you🌷
