That was a very interesting video and very interesting topic with this winter depression. Yes, a lot of people have that for me. I can say that I don't have winter depression at all. I like the winter when it's nice and dark and cold, but every person is different. and it's nice that you found a solution for yourself, I think you always have to go out, you can't be alone and you always have to talk to people, that always helps against the winter blues😊
The storiy that you tell yourself most consistently is on autopilot. And you are experiencing a reality that is equal to the dominant stories in your life so... change the story that you tell yourself, Your subconscious doesnt't care what you choose, it obeys you. Peace!
