Selbstlader M1916 Marksman. By far the best medic gun for medium range. Only the hipfire is ridiculous. Nevermind, got over 50 servicestars for that thing.
To me bullet spread seems better without the bayonet, I don't charge that much anyway. The RSC has just not enough rounds to be satisfying and on medium range you need 3 shots. Also the marksman variant has ridicilous recoil or it seems thst way because of the "cheap" scope.
