Honestly man, I think you oughta know that you teaching me how to play my favorite songs helps me out ALOT. Like for instance, got abused by an “ex” who’s boy I raised for 2 years thinking it was mine since birth. Instead of dealing with toxicity, I just jam out to my fav songs and get all euphoric. Not one to talk like this but I srsly hope you keep posting stuff.
Hey man never be ashamed of saying some real shit. The problem with the world today is that most people are too stupid, too scared, and too fake to even scratch the surface of substance. As a musician I know for a fact that when someone tells you a story like yours it makes us feel fulfilled beyond words. Music (not talking about crackhead cardi b and her ilk) transcends all barriers of language and through it we can have conversations about the deepest of things.
Luke K. This is exactly the same show that I was trying to replicate it’s tone. I really think he used a phaser (I am using script 90) but yes lots of gain and multi delay. U can hear it clearly in zombie queen solo. Crazy show and unmatched tone. I am using AXE FX 3 and I am still adjusting a lot.
@Luke K. He does a lot of them yes. Its really hard to replicate their exact tone but you can get close enough. I really wish that I knew them back then, that was a golden era for sure.
Luke K. If I am not mistaken, I don’t know if someone here can confirm that, but I think In 2014 they went digital with their live shows and they used AXE FX II. This modular is really powerful and if I am right then anyone can really get close to that tone. Don’t forget their guitars make a huge difference too. Not to mention their great technique. I do love them so much and a huge shout out to @NotAnamelessGhoul for this great channel and the great work he’s investing in it.
Luke K. Btw, @NotAnamelessGhoul uses VHII HUMBUCKER from Bareknuckle. I bought them too and they sound awesome, they are really hot and can go crazy without getting muddy. Here is a link for them if you are interested, www.bareknucklepickups.co.uk/pickup/humbucker/vhii Their RDs tho had seymour duncan pickups with coil split for the bridge. I really liked the VHII more. Hope you find this helpful my friend.
Luke K. You definitely gonna enjoy that, I am huge fan of these digital sims. They can really do wonders just by themselves. I bought my AXE FX before I see his rig breakdown, I wish I had that video before but anyways, it’s a learning experience how to setup these environments and I am really enjoying it.

I’m sorry to hear that man. Don’t worry, I’ll keep posting for ya :)👍🏻

Well, now I've got new plans this weekend - learn a new song!
I love the high gain on this one. I add a little phaser to the solo parts and it sounds very close to their early live ones
