I found myself recently asking myself, “Why in the world have I been holding all that stuff against myself?” The answer, I knew, was that I didn’t know any better at the time. This is how I finally released all that pent up energy!!! It just disappeared. I have grown to be as compassionate of me as I am of others, meaning without judgment at all. @@christinaforras ❤ so interesting, moments before seeing your comment, I "randomly" opened a notebook with some of my notes from "The Book of Love and Creation" (which I haven't looked at in months) ..... "the ego will resist in taking the next steps by doubting and pulling you back into your fears.... the higher you rise in frequency the stronger your energy field becomes and the less ability lower frequency has to hold you".
Something I was contemplating before opening that notebook! Thank you for sharing.

This is very interesting, because we are learning via Quantum Physics that we are indeed more 'wave' than 'particle'. I have a strong feeling that keys are to be found within the marriage of Quantum Physics and Spirituality.

What does the "idealization of separation, it will always be known by you" mean, precisely?
Does it mean that humanity will always prefer the reality of separation even though we crave unity?
Me personally? I do prefer the individualization of consciousness that is also connected to the greater unified consciousness of all conscious beings.
And this is what I experienced when I travelled to and experienced the birth of my soul after I asked the guides to show it to me.
This is my humble opinion, hope it helps you! I believe it means that we believed in the idea of separation so much, that it became our reality. The guides always say that everything is thought (or an idea), the more that we believe in a thought, the more that we create the world around us based on that idea/thought. We do not even consider it to be possible to see things differently, cos we do not see the need to perceive things differently. Perception is creation, therefore if we are sure that things are separate, all we see is separation. I believe the more that we see God in everything, the more we understand ourselves to be of God, the more that we realise that the idea of separation is just an old, outdated idea. Seeing the world through the eyes of the Ego, we see separation. Seeing the world through the eyes of the heart (the next chakra up, the Upper Room), we see love and unity. I send you love and light!
It’s one of the principles in this reality of polarity - you can’t know unity until you experience separation. What he’s talking about is to maintain a double perspective simultaneously - operating at the top of the hill while seeing yourself in the trenches at the same time. No separation in holding both perspectives as one. You state you prefer one over the other - it’s both at the same time.
