Os operadores dessas pás carregadeiras são hábeis mas precisam ser orientados a não replicar o carregamento da concha por mais de uma vez, tem pouco resultado prático, outro equívoco é exagerar no volume que imprimem aos basculantes, só evidenciam a propensão a acidentes.
