I was a beautiful broken bird as a child. Came from a very very abusive ( physically and verbally ) upbringing. I started raising my siblings from when I was 8 yrs old.
And BELIEVE ME I learned to say NO and STOP at the age of 50+.
Allah has blessed me beyond my expectations with a great husband and children❤

This is a message for Salama… I live in Europe and I am in the medical profession. I recognise everything you have described and I feel as though you are my twin having gone through difficult moments myself. Please look into spiritual healing, I swear when you truly connect with Allah swt, the obstacles in your life are lifted, one by one. The depression/generalised anxiety that holds you back from reaching your full potential is lifted. Please connect and spend time with the Quran ( if not doing so already). For me it was reading Surah Al Baqarah daily that eased so much of my symptoms including my ADHD symptoms. I see a heart that is pure and filled with empathy and love for others and I pray I meet you one day. Your sister, Famoud ❤
Psychiatrists help but do not cure, they teach coping mechanisms and medications to help you temporarily. Whilst using them, connect with the ultimate source, Allah , through Quran. Consider enrolling in a Quran school part time even if busy and you will see miracles. I promise. ( from a former sceptic in the role of religion in mental health)

Alhamdullilah for ilahay the most merciful. My 8 yr old granddaughter was watching with me and she asked “ why isn’t she taking to Allah and doing dhikir “
In the same breath she answered herself and said “ maybe she does because she mentioned that her son ( Khalifa) is interested in the 5 daily prayers …….
Wlhy!! Allah healed me from the deep wounds of my childhood, hasisd and sixir by just turning to HIM subhana wa tala’a.
Reciting quran especially sura baqara and Yasin, making sure my dhikir and sali on our prophet is daily habits. Reading my adhkar morning and evening.
Talking less about useless stuff especially others shortcomings.

@@artisthusnatalal3099 there is no fixed number as per the Sunnah. But the more you read, the more barakah/blessings you will notice in your life . Think of the Quran and in particular Surah al Baqarah as a weapon against Shaytan who is the source of anxiety,low mood, procrastination,anger,hopelessness. And after reading Al Baqarah in particular all these negative energies reduce drastically. But it needs consistency. May Allah set make it easy for us all. Ameen

Assalam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barkatuh dear salama..u don't know me..but I used to watch u and khalid al amri very closely (ur UA-cam videos) n I used to say masha Allah tabarakallah for ur beautiful relationship. But today I wd like to gv u an advice that whenever we depend or love someone more than our creator Allah s.w.t we always loose in this life. Bcos the most strong relationship is the relationship with Allah..once u build that relationship I promise u ..u will be the strongest person in this world and Allah will set right all ur affairs of this world too. So plz gv sometime reciting Qur'an n ponder over it and in sha Allah u will be successful in this duniya and aakhirah. I am giving u this advice after I applied it in my life. With all do respect, you didn’t understand what she said.. she was broken as a child, and after the baby died in her.. No man, or women can break you.. Why do society blame everything on the man? She said in the beginning nothing makes her happy.. That means no matter what her husband did, she wasn’t going to be happy.. From experience it’s terrible to be in a marriage with someone who isn’t happy. She said she doesn’t take advice from anyone.. That includes her husband. She’s broken so there was no connection

I'm happy that Salama thanked herself and is proud of herself💯. As someone who also put others first before oneself, we rarely see how far we have gone and how far we have made it in life and in the whole healing process. And when we actually start to heal and do good for ourselves it takes a while for it to sink in (imposter syndrome). I'm happy that her heart is growing and its a baby heart for now.❤🩹❤

Go to the beach and walk on the sand. Face the sea and inhale exhale. Sea breeze and seawater is nature way of healing.
She doesn't celebrate her success because whatever she does she feels she didn't do enough. Any goal she reaches it is not fulfilling to her in other words it's not nourishing her heart and soul.

IA she will find the peace from within. I think this is what she needs to feel and just hasn't yet. So much hardship as a child and having to raise her boys, yes with love of course but with hardship. I respect she doesn't want to share everything but felt she needed people to see her love, pain and understanding. We know her ex isn't happy, and he's on a search for it. So alhumdulillah she is working on herself for her and her boys and may he ex to do same.
She is a bird with a broken wing, only time and a good support system can heal her.
Salama, a happier life is awaiting u ahead, people who dont value u dont deserve u.

هذي المرأه شخصيه مكابره جدا، هي الحاكم والمحكوم، تحكم على الاشخاص وما يبدر منهم بطريقتها واسلوبها الاستيعابي، تعاتب نفسها وتنتقدها بشكل خاطئ في مراحل عدت في حياتها كان تعاملها او تعاطيها مع الاشياء او الاشخاص بطريقه تنظر اليها الان بازدراء وتحاول ان تغوص في زمن الماضي لتغييره. لذلك هي غائصه في زمن الماضي ولم تتحرك الى الان.
والحاصل الان هو صراع داخلي باين على السطح في شخصيتها.

Salama you need to see a functional doctor, esp panic attacks and chronic anxiety from nowhere, it’s either your gut microbiome is off, leaky gut or a chronic micronutrient deficiency, or something else like heavy metals toxicity. Please research functional doctors. Mark Hyman is one of them T the wellness center in the us. You may get relief and a balance in your body and mind
It’s from adhd it’s how her brain functions. Gut work will help but it won’t get rid of it completely

Dr . What kind of therapy is this? Is it hypnotic therapy. Does this really help to come out of unsettling emotions? It is hard extremely hard no matter how hard we try to fogive and forget... Humans are wired in thos way... Salama when she said she is numb stage .. i cam relate the level of pain she is in.. God give her more grace to bear it
