There is approximately 3 x 3 cm size well defined cystic lesion seen occupying the mid and lower pole of left thyroid reveals dense contents with HU value of 42. There is no definite evidence of calcification noted. There is thin rim of enhancing thyroid tissue seen surrounding the lesion. There is no significant positive mass effect over the airway noted. The lesion is extending to the thoracic inlet. Likely represent colloid cyst
