It was not a badge but a secret Easter egg that was in the old map. If you went to the tallest floor in the bank that has a office in the old map, one of the rooms has a Rick roll on the computer screen in there
didn’t know that.
What about the one in the peak of the other mountain? , it's a door with a Christmas gun. There is also a Garfield 3d model in the second floor of The italian restaurant, just go to the back of the place. There is also a "cave" in the back of one if the suburb-side mountains.
