Nice video, lots of editing work which was well done. What month were you there? And the pool is heated, correct? I thought it was as they advertise this fact but a different video says it was not and it was cold. Cheers.
Thank you so much 😃 we went in June, was summer so the water was really warm but I don’t think was heated, I don’t know how is in winter there but as they say should be warm too
@@familialetsgo yes it should be naturally warm in June. It is unusual to find a heated pool in the Yucatan but they do advertise that it is, It can make a difference even there in January and February. Kids don’t mind it but old folks, well we like it pretty warm. Cheers🍻

Do they have lockers available and what is the price?
They have lockers but We didn’t used them, we had our things with us at the beach and then we took them to the pool, we didn’t need them, honestly don’t know if you have to pay 😢 sorry
how deep is the water? my child nor I cant swim. As long as i can stand up in the water park area we can both do it.
The depth is increasing, games that are closer to beach are ok, then is deep, you can get lifejacket right there and try :) we hope you have a fantastic day!!
Did you guys pay for all inclusive or separate. You said $5 for entrance, and $10 for food. So what was giving for the food and what includes in the all inclusive
Hi, if u paid for all inclusive is 65$ and is all u can eat and drink, if not u paid 5$ just to enter, 10$ to use water park and kayaks and u need to spend at least 10$ in food!
How old are your kids? I have a 5 and 3 year old. Would they like it?
Our kids are 5 and 6, my girl of 5 was jumping and sliding on the aqua park and they enjoyed the pool a lot, kayak as well, Definitely you will have a great time :)
We are a family of 4. 2 kids age 6 and 1 when we go in October. We will pay the entry fee for 3 of us except baby. Do you have to buy $10 worth of food for every person? And do you pay for the inflatables for only the ones who are gonna play on them?
Hi, entrance will be for you 3 and food only for adults, we didn’t pay for our kids and inflatables yes only for the people that will use it, we hope you have a lot of fun 😀
