Always a pleasure to watch. Thanks, James!
Excellent work as always! Appreciate the sharing of the speeds and feeds used.
Fine work as always, thank you for sharing.
Great work!!!
Amazing!
pure chatter with that round insert, probably too much tool pressure?
The white coolants seem to do the best, they also keep the chips from sticking to the enclosures
Right.
👍👍👍🤘
I hope the remaining processing with be shown. Lots of flange holes to drill. Also, do you machine the ball?
We don't process the balls.
The forged hole seemed to be far off of center. Is that normal? It seems like it would be hard on the inserts to do all of the interrupted cuts needed to get it the hole centered?
That's okay. It's a forged product, so it's not a big problem.
What kind of tolerance are you working with?
These valves have tolerances between 0.01mm ~ 0.1mm.
What’s wrong with the green coolant?
I changed it because of the corrosion.
That was great. It was a bit over edited.
super very best work
Get a mm tape measure. Dress makers use cm's
that center does not look like it was fun to cut
That was a lot of skipping on the editing on that crazy out of concentric bore. That thing was way out.
Lots of chatter eh?
You are making this for Americans. The title and the gages in the video are in inches and you aretiteling things in mm?
While all the drawings may be in inches, all the work is done in millimeters. It's simply an inconvenience to have to divide or multiply by 25.4.
Can you not convert from mm to inch in your head? lol
yes. usually mm units are used.
Imperial is the wave of the future......
чушь какая-то. Я бы совсем не так делал.
DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH AS WELL AS YOU WRITE ?
Do you shout a lot?
Your videos is to much boring than your old videos
Do those button inserts have a lot more friction than others or something? Is that why it could jump out of the chuck?
The contact area is large and the load is high. Using small inserts takes longer.
Always a pleasure to watch. Thanks, James!
