    I really enjoy your videos. Very clear instructions and not too slow or too fast. I also appreciate that you changed yarn from the pattern so the stitches were easy to see. Keep them coming.

    Love it. You are a great teacher, Mikey. I really appreciate how you explain why you do things. As I am relatively new to crochet, I find the WHY really helps me understand the construction of the projects better and increases my crochet vocabulary. 💜💕🙏

    watched about 3 times.....and FINALLY in March 2022 I took on the challenge! THANKS MIKEY! This is a beautiful stitch! It took me a minute (2 hours) to get down the rows..... but thank goodness I had watched your video on 'reading a pattern' -- that really helped! I'm off to make this into a scarf with Mandela sequin yarn!!!!!

      You may want to check with the publisher to see if they are still printing it. On listings fir the book the publisher should be listed. I would do that if I were you.

    Hi Mikey or actually anyone who would please help Me. I've completed row 4... So when You say the repeat does it mean that I crochet into row 4 what I did in rows 1 & 3 ?

    • @TheCrochetCrowd
      @TheCrochetCrowd  2 роки тому +1

      If you look at the diagram that's in the free pattern linked in the video description, you can see the repeating happening. When you complete Row 4, you start again on Row 1, 2, 3 and 4 all over again. You keep doing those four rows. Hopefully that helps you.

    I like this pattern but can't see the picture with the velvet yarn used very well. Using that yarn a little would show us what it really looks like. Seeing with regular yarn does show how to but doesn't make me comfortable using this pattern with the velvet yarn I've purchased.

    • @TheCrochetCrowd
      @TheCrochetCrowd  2 роки тому +1

      I get criticized when I use that yarn in tutorial format. So I figured I would save myself the grief of upset people and just use regular yarn. I'm sorry about that. Bernat Blanket the same situation happens with people complaining about me using it. It's a no win situation.

    • @diana4353
      @diana4353 2 роки тому

      @@TheCrochetCrowd Thank you for replying. May I ask your opinion though? The pattern is very nice but do you think the velvet yarn would be worming (loops sticking out) after being used?
