Hi Jill! I just love the bears they are the cutest ever. I like both of the sketches, but there is something about the use of the heart in the negative space that really catches my eye. I do have that embossing folder, and did not think to use it with the heart. I will certainly give it a try. As always this video was just a delight and I look forward to the next one. Hugs from Michigan😃
Love the "encircle" embossing folder...bought it last fall & it is SO versatile! Had never thought of coloring it though...what a lovely idea! Thank you for all your creative ideas...
Love these with the double use of the heart die. The cards are adorable and the heart pocket is such a cute and good idea using your technique. Thanks again. Love these videos!🥰
Oh my stars you had me laughing "real life bear surgery" so cute! Each card is adorable, you had me wondering about the dark background behind the hedgie, but it turned out being a favorite of mine, I love how it looks. You always inspire me to try something new, and this video was no exception!
I like the negative piece of the heart. That was a very good idea. I think I will try that for my Valentine’s Day cards. Thank you. All the cards are really cute.
Hi Jill, love this series of videos - downloaded the ebook - but I have a question! On one of the 1st videos when you listed the supplies you used, you mentioned using a couple of Arteza watercolors that you like to use on the bears and the cheeks. I've gone back and can't find that information. Any chance you could let me know via this chat? I do have a set of Arteza watercolors (24) but I don't think it has the colors you might have mentioned. Do they sell single tubes of watercolors? Thanks so much for all this info I've bought supplies and it is my goal to watch you and do better with my watercoloring!
Thanks so much, Sherri! I sometimes will also use the Arteza Tube colors Peach A402 and Light Apricot A100. I'm not sure if they sell them individually, mine came in a set several years ago. But any really light tan and soft bubble gum pink might work for ya! Happy stamping and painting!
You never cease to amaze but now you’ve added surgery to your repertoire. These are all adorable, impossible to choose just one. TFS!
Heehee! Thank you!
