Thanks for watching! Making this video definitely gave me an itch to start collecting Orks...if you have any painting questions feel free to hit me up on Discord or Instagram! I'm always happy to talk painting
Thank you so much for this video! Having recently got into miniature painting I felt forced into Warhammer miniatures until I discovered Orks and now I’m collecting and preparing to paint my own and this will help immensely!
Thanks for watching man! Orks are an absolute blast to paint! They are fun, quirky and don't force you into painting the same repetitive thing over and over
Underrated channel.I honestly appreciate long videos like this cause I can just watch and paint at the same time. I'll do this paint scheme on an ork beastboss on foot once I can finally afford it XD.
I think great painting is more achievable than we realize. It just requires us to push ourselves and do things that are new and uncomfortable. I hope you can find a lot of useful things in this video!
I've got a kommandos box for kill team and having a process laid out for me is really useful. For full armies I like to do test models and make my own scheme but for a single squad it's so useful having someone do that foundation work for me.
There is a lot to be said for taking the time to lay out your scheme and it's amazing how much faster your painting is when you've done your prepainting prep!
I'm glad it helped! I do a lot of different styles of leather in my videos so it might be a good idea to go through my videos and skip to the chapters where I do Leather (although I'd appreciate you watching the full videos lol)
Works are great. Im not a great painter so I love that painting and work means no matter what it's going to look great thanks to their ramshackled aesthetic
I liked the bone tutorial. Im working on a skull mask for an action figure and am pretty new to painting. That gave me a lot to think about for my process.
@@mattsminiprob For sure! I have a unit of boyz that all wear the brightest colors because otherwise the enemy might miss them and that wouldn't be a fair fight :D
Love your videos. I am only painting warhammer figures now. Just like everyone else I got addicted. I love your painting vids they really help out a lot. Thanks
This is awesome and really helpful, I’ve been planning on painting up some orks myself and the skin in this one really gives me the world of Warcraft vibe especially the face!
Love orks for a few simple reasons. Have fun in the battlefield with ya Boyz, take all the cool stuff for your Boyz and just have fun blowing everything to high hell and filling the air with more dakka than there is oxygen. Mostly picked them as a joke between me and a friend but still fun all around
Great video! Got yourself a new subscriber and as someone with an Age of Sigmar Dominion boxset waiting for me I've added this video to my Painting Tutorial watch later list for them ork bois! Happy Halloween!
Definitely! Most of the Complete Guide to Painting Orks will actually be 40k models. I'm finishing up a big Space Marine Project right now and I'm thinking of doing a large Ork project next year that may culminate in a give army giveaway
Thank you for bringing the Green Guys!!
It only took me forever! Lol
Orks are my Army of Choice. Thank you for the tutorial. I will most likely watch this a few more times just to fully grasp it
Thanks for watching! Making this video definitely gave me an itch to start collecting Orks...if you have any painting questions feel free to hit me up on Discord or Instagram! I'm always happy to talk painting
The ork skin looks awesome. I especially like the face and lips.
Thank you! The skin tones make all the difference with Ork skin
I just started orks this is PERFECT TIMING I can't wait to start kitbashing and become a real mek boy
Spoken like a true Ork! Good luck on your ventures into the Waaagh!
Omg my man's little running shoes. I love it
I love that they gave these models athletic style shoes! Makes them extra quirky

Orks are always fun to paint. I even borrowed a friends not long ago just because I got that itch😅
That's the cheapest way to scratch that painting itch lol
Waaaggghh!!!! Love it never get tired of greenskins
The problem with painting them is now I have the itch to paint more!
Underrated channel.I honestly appreciate long videos like this cause I can just watch and paint at the same time. I'll do this paint scheme on an ork beastboss on foot once I can finally afford it XD.
Thank you! I appreciate your kind words! I hope you are able to use some of this in your own painting
I've always loved the orks from 40k! I remember buying the 5th edition codex just to read and look at the artwork.
Orks have always been so iconic in the lore and artwork! They made up for all the early derpy art of Space Marines they put out
Wow you make painting seem so achievable! So many of the lessons I can’t wait to incorporate them into my painting!
I think great painting is more achievable than we realize. It just requires us to push ourselves and do things that are new and uncomfortable. I hope you can find a lot of useful things in this video!
Love how the skin came out. Definitely using this on my orks.
Thank you! I hope you find this video useful!
My son plays Orks. I think I’ll show this to him tomorrow after school. Love the technique. Surprised you did the skin first.
That's awesome! I hope he enjoys the video and finds it useful in his own paintings

The leather part helped a lot, due to the fact that’s what I struggle the most to paint when it comes to details on my minis😭

Once again, came for the giveaway, stayed for the video. Good work man!
Thanks dude! Glad you stayed!
Works are great. Im not a great painter so I love that painting and work means no matter what it's going to look great thanks to their ramshackled aesthetic
Thank you! I'm sure your Orks look great man...at least they have paint on them which is better than grey plastic!
Finally found a great looking ork skin color using pro acryl paints. Great work on this :)
Thank you! I love Pro Acryl, they are my favorite brand along with Scale 75
Waaaagh purple looks great
Purple???
Getting started with orks. This will help a lot!
Good luck with your Orks!
I liked the bone tutorial. Im working on a skull mask for an action figure and am pretty new to painting. That gave me a lot to think about for my process.
There are so many different ways to paint bone that it can be confusing. Just find what you enjoy doing the most and good luck!
This is soo cool! I was just looking at ideas for my orks and I had orange in mind, but now seeing the black armour next to it, I am sold! Well done!
Thanks dude! I think orange really fits with the Ork aesthetic. You can do a cool black armor with metallic chipping as well to make it more grimdark

I like your use of Pro-Acryl paints - thanks for the video!
I absolutely love Pro Acryl! Thanks for watching!
Man.... Wish I could get the details like that.... Work in progress!
You've got this dude! Just keep pushing yourself and you'll surpass me in no time!

Thank you man and I really appreciate you watching the videos!
Great tutorial! Really needed some tips for my orks elbows, lips, etc! Going to implement these on my next Boyz!
Thank you! It's amazing how much those flesh tones add to making Ork skin feel more real
These turned out great! Thanks for the in depth tutorial!
I appreciate that! Thanks for watching!
Makes me want to complete my ork blood bowl team started sometime ago.
You definitely should!
Would have loved to have seen this during Orktober. Nice to see it now, and enjoying it being for Blood Bowl.
It would have been nice if I had posted it during Orktober too 🤣
@@mattsminiprob well, it was still a fun video
I'm really glad you enjoyed it
Always enjoy seeing other people paint orks. Be it blood bowl or 40k or AOS
Thanks for watching dude!
First time seeing your work and wishing I found it sooner! Loving your work!
Thanks man and I'm excited o have you on board! I'd love to hear your feedback as you look through the channel!
Sweet guide. I've been thinking about getting into orks.
You definitely should get into them! Orks are awesome!
This is awesome and really helpful, I’ve been planning on painting up some orks myself and the skin in this one really gives me the world of Warcraft vibe especially the face!
You should definitely check out Infernal Brush's UA-cam channel and his video on painting Orks. The flesh colors really make the skin pop
Like the ork skin. I just use Ogryn camo and a coelia greenshade.
That's a nice, fast, simple way to get some lovely Ork skin painted!
Not used to someone using non-gw paints In a tutorial. Cool!
I'm not a big GW paint range fan. I don't hate them, but I much prefer brands like Pro Acryl, Scale 75 and AK

They are so much fun to paint, play and explore their lore because of their weirdness and general love for dakka
I love this so much it really brings ideas to my head to inprove my orks amd come up with new ideas for later ones
Thank you and thanks so much for watching! I hope you are inspired to go create your own works of art!
Great video, really easy to follow tutorial and packed full of useful tips!
Thanks for giving it a watch and I hope you can use some of it!
Awesome tutorial
Thank you! I hope you find it useful
That is some good looking Ork skin! Good job!
Thank you! I appreciate that!
Makes me want to get into orks. After I paint a small mountain of Guard, that is.
Maybe you need a great from those weak humans...paint for the Waaagh!
@@mattsminiprob Just a short one! I have some filthy xenos swine Kill Teams that I need to fling paint at.
Excellent tutorial!
Thank you!
Great video thanks for the tutorial
Thank you, I appreciate that. Thanks for watching!
Interesting thanks for the info
Thanks for watching!
Great tutorial!
Than you, I appreciate that!
Ork boyz iz da best boyz! Love everything about them and the fact you can LITERALLY paint them however you want and it works! Loved the video bro! 🤘🏻
I normally prefer very uniformed painting so this is such a nice break from that. Their uniqueness makes them so fun
Really liked this video guide, I do love my Orks! Your Orks look damn good!
Thank you! I really want to do an Ork army now
Some great tips! I'm planning to start building some Boyz for Gorkamorka, so hopefully these videos help. Good luck!
Thanks for watching dude! Gorkamorka was such a good game! I wish they'd bring it back along with Mordheim
Here from Instagram, hope to see your channel keep expanding!!! 🎉
Glad to have you here and thank you!
Just finished painting a box of Kommandos for Orktober!!
Oh nice! I painted the Kommandos a long time ago for someone else and really want to get them for myself at some point
Love the color combinations, it really turned out well!
Hard to go wrong with some good old orange and black Orks! Thank you!
WAAAAAAAAGH!!!!
Also, i just wanted to mention that I'd like to convert some Blood Bowl Orcs and AoS Orruks into 40k Orks
The cool thing about Orks is they convert super easy cause they are rather primitive
@@mattsminiprob Most definitely
Waaaagh!! looks awesome
Thank you!
Great video!
Thank you!
Bro I’ve been waiting for this lol
Well it's finally here! I hope you enjoy the video!
Maybe I’ll pull the trigger on my idea for RadiORKtive Orks, but probably ill give them to my ork buddy!
That would be really awesome! You should do it!
Not a fan of orks but this was really cool to watch specially because I can release to you.
Thanks for watching! I really appreciate it!
Waaaaaagh! Happy orktober all. Haven't started on my ork killteam yet, I'll try and use some of your tips when I do :)
Thanks for watching dude! Good luck on your kill team, hopefully something from this video can help!
Been waiting for this one
The wait is finally over!
Loving the way its looking so far my dude, keep up the good work!!
Thanks dude! Always nice to get a complement from a fellow Overwatch player!
Looks great! I also love the second purple Ork. So stealthy you can’t even see it :)
Thank you! Not to sound dumb here...but I'm lost 😳 what purple Ork???
Great video, can't wait to get started on my Boyz.
Thank you and good luck on yours!
Great video! Got yourself a new subscriber and as someone with an Age of Sigmar Dominion boxset waiting for me I've added this video to my Painting Tutorial watch later list for them ork bois! Happy Halloween!
Thank you for watching and subscribing! Good luck on that boxset and I hope this video helps!
Happy Orktober, my boiz!❤
It's the greatest time of the year!
Nice video! Well done dude!
Thank you! I appreciate you watching it!
Great work. Entering to win the box set hope I win.
Thank you and good luck!
Got to get those stealthy bois to out sneak those sneaky beakie marines ya git!
Forget them slinky purple gits...just get more dakka!
I’ve never beaten my buddy who plays Orks. Still mad about it
Orks are so frustrating because it always feels like you should beat them and then they come out of nowhere to win!
54 minutes and I still havent found out exactly how to find a purple ork... how strange
Those sneaky gits are hard to find!
Any chance you'll do this/have done this with some 40k orks also (current minis, or older designs)? Cheers, and thanks for the video!
Definitely! Most of the Complete Guide to Painting Orks will actually be 40k models. I'm finishing up a big Space Marine Project right now and I'm thinking of doing a large Ork project next year that may culminate in a give army giveaway
My ex-wife used to play orks, I think I did a pretty good job painting them.
Do you still have the Orks?
I’ve painted my first orks purple and now I can’t find them 😩
Welp...
why is orange so difficult :,)
I think cause it's easy to make it look too bright or too red. Just go slowly with it and it will turn out great!
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!
Very eloquently brother!
