If you google it, you will find the document “Supplemental Responding Motion Record of Morteza Katabian” from 2018. Money Gate is owned by Morteza and in that document, he alleges that Arash falsely claimed ownership of his business (among other things). He also refers to Grant Erlick, who was charged in that same case with Arash, as being part of the “Missaghi Gang”. It’s over 200 pages long but this whole thing makes me believe Arash got what was coming to him. I just hope Morteza is not one of the other victims.
