- Two of accused number 2, Bongani Ntanzi's alibis, including where he was on the day that Senzo Meyiwa was killed, were false.
This is what the lead investigator in the case, Brigadier Bongani Gininda told the High Court in Pretoria.
Ntanzi and four others are currently on trial for the 2014 murder of the soccer star.

Is Gininda saying both Accused number 1 and 2 killed Senzo? And what is accused 3,4 and 5 doing in court everyday since 1and 3already admitted to killing Senzo
It may be that they were present okay the scene. In terms of CPA,if they were there with Accused 1 and 2,they can be charged with murder even if they have not pulled the trigger

In law there is what is called ...doctrine of common purpose e.g Person X,Y,Z plan to commit a crime but only Z commit it. All 3 will be charged for conspiracy to commit that crime

If you listen to this guy,Ntanzi said he was at work then they found out that he was nothing there on that day,after that Ntanzi saw that the lies are not working(as per Gininda)so he decided to tell the truth about the death of Mr Meyiwa,then my questin is when did Ntanzi brought another alibi of Nongoma when Gininda say he confessed at the gate of his work?

If he confessed before the 17 hours in a van, it's hard to believe a person who would have just made the job easier for police would be treated that way. If he confessed after the 17 hours inside a van, it's hard to believe that he would proceed to freely and voluntarily confess after such a treatment. It's unbelievable either way.
How was he treated? Coz I believe he was given VIP treatment given that they even bought food for him. He even brag about his dancing skills

The standard way of avoiding subjective beliefs is to go with facts and objective claims. What we factually know is he was in a van for 17 hours. The question then becomes, will an average person enjoy mostly sitting in a van for 17 hours driving around in one province? it's interesting that you think KFC makes a difference
Even Gininda himself cannot remember what he was doing on 26 October 2017, 6 years ago. So why would Ntanzi remember that?
Obviously Gininda wont confess that they assaulted the accused...no one will ever...poor them
This is the same Gininda who is known of denying the same allegations levelled against him of torturing and coercing 'suspects' back in 2014. Today, he is back to the court for the same allegations.

The funny part on Mjiyako is that Ntanzi told the Miss Cronje that he want to bath and call his family while he is represented by Mjiyako,and this Mjiyako never said anything on that interview,so what was the use of Mjiyako?

I think GININDA used the MJIYAKO'S name and Logo, but the gentleman who was representing the accused was a POLICEMAN in suit and briefcase turned Ĺawyer, That's why BALOYI engamfuni e Court, he knows the story.

We are told Ntanzi made admissions on the same day he was arrested but then he made alibis that he was at work on the day of the murder,and he claimed that he was in Nongoma.
