- Arunachal Pradesh Non-APST Offspring ST Surrender Abhiyan Committee, led by Chairman Taw Paul, Vice Chairman Geyi Bagra, and Spokesperson Tana Tamar Tara, held a significant meeting where 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐮 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐲, also known as Rakhe Manju, willingly surrendered her ST certificate, Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC), Aadhar card, and PAN card, all previously under the name 𝐑𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐮.
In the presence of media and committee members, Manju Chetry officially adopted her original surname "Chetry" and handed over her documents to the authorities. The event was part of the ongoing 𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐛𝐡𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐧, which aims to ensure transparency and rightful identification for non-APST (Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe) individuals in the state.
The committee continues its mission of ensuring that non-APST offspring follow due procedures in aligning their identification records with their rightful backgrounds.
