Surprised Sleeping Dogs didn't make this list but Mad Max was definitely a surprise for me. I knew of the hype but always avoided it for almost nine years but when I finally got it for dirt cheap, I was hooked.
Sleeping Dogs is always championed by those who say it's underrated, makes me think it's not really that underrated if people keep harping on about it. Same with Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, they say it's underrated but when so many people say this then it's not really that underrated at all. You want underrated go play Huntdown.
I rented Spec Ops: The Line from Blockbuster and loved it. Just so people know, I tried playing it on the Steam Deck recently and you can't switch off inverted aiming which is a massive shame
So glad i just recently played Titanfall 2. After beating that i have been excited to find more hidden gems. The movement, control and gun play is amazing.
Commenting because algorithm gods and because we need to ask for changes we'd like to see! Timestamps would be nice, even if just as game 1, game 2, etc. It helps navigating it a bit better, or to skip potential spoilers for games we want to play. But with that out, I love your lists. Many of the games were in past Humble Monthlies, or available for super cheap during sales, so the videos are positive, wallet-friendly lists of recommendations
@@gamersworld4176 I've beaten the game once after sailing the high seas but now that I've got a steady income I want to set my ways straight and pay for the game
Outcast, man I remember reading about a Dreamcast port YEARS ago. Never released. Finally played t he hd port on ps4 and it was just as amazing as I thought it would have been on Dreamcast.
Some really interesting entries on this list, and it's good you included F.I.S.T: Forged in Shadow Torch, but you should go check out Huntdown. Huntdown is an awesome PS4 cyberpunk retro shooter that came out in 2020 and has a brilliant Duke Nukem-level swagger about it, and the boss fights are remarkably diverse and imaginative.
I agree on Spec Ops: The Line. It’s a top-quality story telling shooter. If I’m not mistaken tho, it is no longer available for sale anywhere? Other than those of us that own it, no one else is going to g to be able to experience this gem.
Got Immortals Fenyx Rising from the PS Monthly games earlier this year (maybe even last year), this was just the video I needed to finally dive in and give it a go 💜 Edit: couldn’t agree more about Sunset Overdrive! Such a truly bombastic hidden gem!
@@nevusaurstupid comment. We might have played a lot of these games already, in which case there's no reason to watch the whole 35 min vid. Long videos with segments or topics should always have stamps.
@@joshtrumbly5266 i found how to google it, it seems to be "Outcast A New Beginning" Thank you either way if you really thought it's Spec ops and you weren't trolling me. ♥
Didn't know some of these games. So great! On a different note...it seem like every year there are games that take place on the Avalon / King Artur universe, and I just can't stand the lack of originality. I mean, if you throw a twist on the legend to make it so different to the original tale, why not change the name of the world and characters and have something unique?
Sadly, it was delayed on Xbox. As far as I'm aware, it will be out on both consoles after the PC version. Hope we hear an update about this from the devs.
REMNANT 2 one of the biggest underrating game ever . Replayability ( got it ) Loot ( got it ) difficulty ( got it ) character builts ( Got it ) over complex story ( got it lol 😂) . Melee guns and.spells ( got it. ) . “But wait there’s more !”, best part ---- no live service so no battle past . DLC that add new location, bosses and add hours to game play for 10$ . ( yea looking at you Gearbox “Wonderlands” ) . Cherry on the pie is the community is helpful a level 20 will join you to help you find new item if you’re a low level . If you like Dark Souls / Borderlands/ and the Division it’s all of them rolled in one .
These Arkham bullshit games suck big time. He is wearing a ton of rubber, punches the millions of thugs that work for Joker, a million times just to knock them unconscious and he never breaks a sweat. Regardless that all of them are trying to kill him. He should have been killing them every which way in bloody epic moves. Not to mention how ridiculous the costumes look.
@@BenHussGamingI don’t have a problem with exclusive, per se, but locked behind store fronts is the issue I have. Also, same thing with games that have exclusive content to games locked behind a console. I will not support this behavior. Each individual can decide which they are okay with.
@@LordHog well, epic store is free to download, so you are not locked to anything. Still on pc. Until you personally likes to keep your games in one library, as I do mostly, there is nothing wrong with it. And since Epic offer devs better price and even helps funds some games in exchange to 1year exclusivity, its a fair trade if you ask me. Nothing wrong with it in my opinion. Some indie devs really needs it to even finish their games. I dont want to start any beef or whatever, I am just wondering what is so wrong with this? After a year at most, each single game which was exclusive on Epic came to Steam and others stores :)

Any game that starts as an EGS exclusive and no matter how much I want to play it I will never purchase it
