I work in an electrically shielded building and my concern was the actual phone (how incredible it is) and even if the signal drops, I have been impressed as the call quality remains adequate
I'm just checking reviews but I couldn't be happier, I'm just upgraded from a oneplus 6t to a 10t that I got for 350 GBP, considering I bought my 6t at full price at the time and now I've got a 10t cheaper than what I bought the 6t for originally, this phone is great.
It's crazy that you made this video today when I just dusted off my 10T yesterday. I will be using it for a OnePlus photography competition soon. I really like this phone. The charging speed is insane!! It was such an underrated device. I think anyone who says they like battery life, would enjoy this device because effectively, you never have to worry about battery. I would 100% would recommend for that reason alone.
I had a 10T for about 6 months. I had some odd issues with it and traded it in for the 11 when it launched. The 11 has been noticeably more solid. My biggest annoyance with the 10T was Bluetooth connectivity issues. It wouldn't always reconnect when I wanted. Those issues are gone with the 11.
@@nielsjunker1487 Battery life is pretty excellent. I get ample screen on time daily. The battery seems to be holding up well too. But I usually don't fast charge. It's reporting that it still has 97% capacity FWIW. Cameras are pretty good. I've found the telephoto way more useful than the macro on the 10T. My only real complaint about the 11 is that I don't like curved edges on a screen. But that's only occasionally annoying. I've had a 1, 5T, 7T, 10T, and the 11. This is my favorite so far.
@@nielsjunker1487even after over a year of daily use the battery lasts me maybe 8 hours streaming and gaming heavy, but then i just plug it up and its charged in 15-20 min to get me thru the rest of the day..the cameras are really great to me and i compare it to my sons pixel 6a and its about even..like the person who wrote this comment we're responding to,i also had bluetooth issue where any device i was connected to would answer calls on the first ring without me pressing anything. But that has corrected in the last update that came to the phone last month ..i had the oneplus 7t pro mclaren before this, which was my favorite phone of all time, but in a lot of ways this was an upgrade to that and I'll definitely say this is the best phone that you can get for the money right now at around $300 to $400.
I'm coming from a moto G7 Power I've had for 3 years +! You ain't holding me back 😂😂😂 $320 is just right plus has the strong TMobile bands for reception in the boonies 💪🏻 📶 I had read the gaming performance is more optimized than the 10 pro and that's a W for my use
I'm looking at maybe replacing my phone, and it's been getting hard finding a replacement that has *everything* my LG V60 has: Wireless charging, powerful CPU, good memory and space (and room for an SD card,) 5G, WIFI 6 and an audio jack with a good DAC. I can get phones with *most* of those features, but not all of them.
I've had it for a year too, even using root on Android 14, going back to the ROM from 2 years ago, Android 12, or cutting performance by disabling cores like Prime and removing access to the chip network, it only lasts 3 hours normally, but with all these modifications it only lasted 4 hours, at 60hz, with few apps, since some of the meta apps use up a lot of battery without being used, I also don't play games, I did a review of it using a custom ROM
Great review! I really like my 10T (unlocked) but the only issue I have is not with the phone but with the Oxygen OS...i just don't understand why there is no option in the settings to change the size of icons in the dock, or add another page to the dock, or make it loop infinitely. That's why i always use Nova Prime launcher with many such customizations.
The 10t has waaay better processor(for better graphics and gaming)faster refresh rate 120hz,charger faster by 30 min(30watt vs 120watt), better cooling system, more ram, better screen, more antennae for better reception, better camera..this is no where near the same phone trust me i bought the 10t for me and the nord for my 5 yearold son..but the crazy thing is you can find the 10t for almost as low a price now..easy choice

I have been using OnePlus phones for a while now and noticed in my last two phones (OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 9) screen burn. Is this a new thing? How can it be fixed? Do the newer versions have this same problem?
I haven't experienced that problem yet ! Sorry to hear that happened. That's definitely a concern as these new displays shouldn't have screen burn issues
they do, and the higher the refresh rate, the faster you will get the burns. nowhere near as bad as the samsung burn ins tho. that being said, my 8 years old 1+3 still doesn't have screen burn, and the 7T i am using for 4 years is free of it as well. soft amoled screen are more likely to get burns, and it clearly shows on the 1+ pro series, and on all junk samsung screens. that's that. every model these days comes with oled display, so you can't evade it. don't buy curved screen phones, don't buy samsung and apple phones, the rest will burn the same speed, lol.
I heard a guy who sells smartphones say it's because people leave on the Always On Display. I never leave that on because I don't like it, and it helps the battery last longer. Turn that off and see if that helps. 😊
@@KOrnhOliO1 i always set mine to the minimum time setting possible to stay on. I turn off the screen when i finish anything. I like fast charge 0 to 100% under 20 minutes for the 10t battery drains fast firmware update 6 hours. The newer 12 models takes 30 minutes to charge 100 % my only hate. I like 10t model forward is a battery drain.

I've been looking at this phone because I am looking for 120 watt with display out in its c port and can't get an answer from OnePlus. Do you have any idea if it has display out. I'm looking to hook up my rokid
I heard that's another way oneplus saves money. It doesn't have video out for portable monitors. I was using a oneplus 9 and bought a portable monitor and it didn't work with just a usbc cable. Because it had to use too many cables, I sent the monitor back.
The battery health after a year of usage seems to be 96 percent for me. Battery life is just a little bit worse than it was before but still good battery life.
It will charge that fast with any charger that does the 125 watts charging, like the factory charger comes with, on 120v in USA. Good luck finding another though! Lol Anything less than that and it'll charge much slower.
Battery saver mode got worse. Way worse. Under 20 minutes charge for 10t model for 2022 OnePlus 12/12r 2024 model take 30 minutes to charge they get 8 hours. I'm very angry at battery savers on both
Just keep this in mind. These charging speeds are great. But jam charging your batteries all the time will destroy them much faster than normal. These batteries last more than a day for me typically going to bed with 40% or more much more. I slow charge my phone at night and it doesn't take more than 2 hours while I sleep to top it off. Bought my first OP phone in February this year and it still shows 100% battery health..
The battery and charging tech in this phone is much different from regular phones. it actually has two batteries instead of one and the battery charger actually has smart charging where it won't overcharge the battery when it gets to 100..but yes this phone actually defeats the need to leave your phone on the charger overnight..i usually charge it to 100 before i go to bed and its usually still at no lower than 95% when i wake and im good for most of the day then maybe another topup once later in the day if im watching videos heavy or gaming alot
