It isn't meant to be canon it historically accurate. Violent Ken isn't even canon as he's only in a non canon game (SNK VS Capcom SVC Chaos) so I have no idea why people are so worked up over his existence. Charecter creators just like his concept. Also Evil Ryu is a non-canon concept by capcom don't see why people only talk about one or the other.

When Akuma was introduced into the game he had already mastered Ansatsuken Karate not to mention Ryu doesn't have half the fighting experience as Akuma not to mention he never embraced the Satsui No Hado Akuma is the only Street Fighter character to ever embrace the Satsui No Hado. Akuma has mastered the Satsui No Hado to such a degree that he can embrace the Satsui No Hado to a lesser extent giving weak opponents a fighting chance. No one in Street Fighter is Akuma's equal except maybe Oro

Not only that they don't state he's mastered Ansatsuken at all and he basically has SF4 moves. Also they didn't "hack the video" like you're saying. They straight up got two M.U.G.E.N charecters off the Internet and let the A.I play them. Simple as that.

Its not really a game, you just have to manually download characters and add them one by one.
