I do something similar, I pick up a couple of reusable grocery bags and use them to send school supplies in. It gives the teachers something they can use to organize their supplies.
I love your videos! Congrats on the new job. You are doing a great job balancing it all. One suggestion....when you refill things like pancake mix, bread crumbs, baking supplies, even spices, dump out what is left before refilling. I put what is older and remaining in zip lock bags and use that first. Otherwise the oldest/bottom of product typically always stays in the bottom if you are refilling before it's empty. This has worked great in our house and gives me reassurance that product in the bottom isn't gwtting expired.
We go through so much so fast that it typically wouldn't make a difference for our household, but I agree with you. I do that with things like eggs and veggies. always a good thing to keep in mind for households who decant but don't go through things as fast. Thank you for being here!!!
You inspire me, as usual! My "kid" is grown, with a family of his own, but I still get inspiration from how you organize your pantry, etc. Thank you for taking time from your very busy life to post this video! It's appreciated!
I so look forward to opening up your Channel, always so fun, exciting and learn new things. Your home, family & you are beautiful and blessed. ♥ Hello from Ohio.
I have only one son who is now in his 30s but when we used to do back to school shop, we always bought extra school supplies and then the first day of school my son would just bring a big bag in for the teacher in case there were kids who were going without. We also would put in some boxes of Kleenex and hand soap because those were not supplied by the school.
I have toddlers which I plan to homeschooling while working from home (pray for me). I'm starting pre-school for my 3 yr old in October. We are in the middle of a move and it's a lot. Thanks for this and good luck to all.
I’m the eldest of 7 homeschooled children and am now a mama in my 30’s with a professional (work from home since 2020) job and I have a toddler. I’m so thankful for my homeschooling experience and loved being homeschooled! But as a mama myself now and a career already, I’ve realized I don’t want to homeschool my own child 🫣 I still think homeschooling is great and maybe one day I’ll change my mind. Wishing you the best of luck! Hang in there and give yourself lots of grace along the way, you are doing great 💪🏽♥️🙏🏾
Having taught for 15 years and homeschooled for 10 my biggest advice to you is allow your toddlers to play, play, and play. Play dough, sensory bins, nature, a big pile of dirt are some ideas. Then just read to them! Keep it simple and fun for you and them. Those are some of the sweetest years. Have a great year!
@heathermatthews1114 Thank you for taking the time to say that to me. Truly made me comfortable. We plan on it, and I'm building all my materials that consist of sensory, playing, and team play as well. I'm doing my best to take it all in.
I can't imagine. That is so much but I have faith you can do it! Keep your eye on the prize, your children will be much better people for the efforts and love you pour into them now. Sending you love and strengths. You got this.
I'm so glad I do not have your grocery bill each week. I used to have a large grocery bill when my kids were in school but those days are over with now. Happy new school year.
This is therapeutic to watch!! All of your videos are.❤️ Question….what brand and model are your washer and dryer? And do you love front load? Thanks Lauren!
Hi Lauren. I see myself in your videos , so it’s comforting to identify. I’ve learned over the years to declutter , purge , and organize during the summer and stock up for the kids & myself just before the kick off of return to school. I’m 3 weeks into the school year and find implementation of this system keeps me from being overwhelmed. I haven’t decorated for fall but finally ready especially with this rainy humid weather here in Orange Co, CA. Your such a motivator for me and all women . Happy Labor Day Weekend!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
So sorry that you will not be posting as much. I enjoy your posts. Running a You Tube Channel and earning a living from it is a full-time job. You have a full-time job, four children, a husband and many responsiblities. Wishing you success in the future. At this point in my life, I am not motivated to fcous on cooking. I love decorating and party ideas.
Lauren, Your pantry reset and organizing was so satisfying to see, the care and thought U put into ur home. Hoping ur children have a great year of new beginnings. Your household is Blessed! Happy Fall!🍎🍏🍎🍏
I have been watching you for years, and as a result, back to school is so smooth for us also. We have similar styles for organizing and homemaking, so I relate to you very well! We miss you over here on UA-cam! ❤
Missing you all as well, I had a very relaxing weekend (no work) and feel like I really needed a reset that wasn't filmed and just be present with the family. I plan to film throughout the month when I am not working and sharing some really delicious fall recipes soon. Thank you for being here and I am so grateful to have you.
Whoa great video Lauren. Thank goodness my children have grown up😂. I forgot how much work it takes to get young ones back to school👏🚸. Sending love from Rosie O from Devon England 💖🇬🇧
Watching this I'm so happy that in Finland you don't need anything to get back to school😅 Just grab your backpack and go. School gives you everything. Lovely video again❤
Perfect job Lauren....nothing like being organized! Happy September and happy and safe back to school for the kids and happy new job and work schedule for you! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Lauren, My daughter graduated from high school so no back to school shopping, I miss doing that! She is taking a gap year , so she is just working for 1 year. Next fall she will be going to Mortuary school she wants to be a funeral Director. My brother is also a funeral director.
I pick up my great niece every Tues.from school she's in 2nd grade this year So replenish school items so she can start her homework shortly after her snack. She starts soocer next week so this helps her and Mom when she gets picked up from my house. Can't believe she's in 2nd grade been taking care of her since she was 8 weeks old.
That fall fabfitfun looks interesting.......I'm gonna check it out! Your so organized it's so amazing and I'm sure it's most appreciated by your family and the teachers....😇😉
Hi, Lauren. I have a lot of stationery left after the end of the school year. I think you have too. I see that every year you buy new pencils, felt-tip pens, folders, etc. Where do you put the old ones? Thanks
Love your style so much!! Please, what is the name of your necklace you are wearing? The one that looks like a flower/cross that you always wear. It’s so pretty and goes with everything!
👋 Lauren, How are you? What do you have planned for this Labor Day Weekend? How are you feeling mentally and physically? I don’t have any kids but I do have 3 nieces. 2 of my nieces started school already back on August 14 and my middle niece started her first day of kindergarten on August 16th. 😊❤
Hi!! I am feeling much better after taking a 3 day weekend to do nothing but be with the kids and relax. Mentally and Physically, I need a major reset. Not sure when I will find time to do that but when I do, I will share what works for me.
I love the look of your pantry. Decanting the pasta wouldn’t work for me because I have too many varieties and I use the box to measure (half a box is half a pound) but it looks very appealing your way! Hope your kids have a great school year!
My children are long past their school days. I appreciate your organizing skills. I have learned some tips from you. Your pantry looks great. I need a pantry that is big enough to organize the way I want to. I am working on it.I have it planned in my head. Just need to find a carpenter.
Hi Lauren. I’m trying to find the hair growth system you recommended for a friend going through cancer treatment. Could you please send me the information you shared in a previous video? Many thanks
Oh Lauren I loved loved the fabfitfun wine glasses! I need to reorganize my pantry really bad! Where do you store your toaster, crock pot and other small kitchen electrics? I keep those things, platters and Tupperware in my pantry. It’s a mess! My one and only Son is grown now but I remember the hunt to fill the school supplies list! I hope your kids have a great school year!
I love it what a beautiful suprise make for your husband.💗💙.I love IT the things you make for your child to have a wonderful school days good day for all of you.💗💕❤️🅰️🤍💮💮🍷🍷💙❤️📝📝📖📖📚📚📒📘📘📗📗🔖🔖🔖🔖🧿🧿🧿🧿
Wow!!! I can’t believe you have to buy all of those classroom supplies and pay for private school tuition as well. My niece has a kindergartner and an elementary age child in private school. She pays 850.00 per month plus books. The only extra supplies for school is a pen, pencil, paper, book bag and required private band lessons. The girls don’t wear uniforms but are required to wear dresses. Their school is state of the art and that tuition is high for our area but no classroom supplies.
Parents should really be aware of how damaging sugar items are so bad for children as well as adults. Sugar is like an addition and starts children off on the wrong foot.
Wow, God bless you, Lauren, for your great organization. Thanks for sharing. I am a grandma, and I do pick up, my grandchildren, from school, and I do prepare a snack for them, which is a variety of waffles, blueberry, watermelon, lettuce, apples with peanut butter and so on. They look forward to their treat after school. Thanks again for everything. 😘👍🙏❤️✨🌟✝️🌹🌻
I knowww.... I honestly hate doing it but I always let them pick their first week back to school breakfast and that was this years choice, luckily is back to pancakes, eggs and oatmeal.
Thanks for the interesting, fun video Lauren, you definitely have everything laid out very well, know exactly where everything is, cuts down time trying to find it. Have a nice and peaceful Sunday 👍👋☺

She probably doesn’t do that because she uses everything up so quickly. It would have to sit at the bottom for a very long time before it goes bad…
@@F2397-m4c It just makes sense to me to remove what's left at the bottom before refilling with new stuff. Just a friendly suggestion.😀
We go through so much so fast that it typically wouldn't make a difference for our household, but I agree with you. I do that with things like eggs and veggies. always a good thing to keep in mind for households who decant but don't go through things as fast. Thank you for being here!!!

@jaderomaine7841 thank you kindly. My husband and I go back and forth, but I don't trust the system.

Hi ms Lauren. Great motivating video. Have a nice day.
You are a fabulous mom!,
Lauren, I’m kinda curious here, but the dresser drawer you have in your pantry. What do you used it for?
She puts table linens in it
@@judyohara959 👋 Judy, Just out of curiosity how do you know that?
Lauren had a video showing the organization of the dresser.
Hi! Those are for table linens.
Do you put your bread in the freezer? Or do you all go through that much? Just wondering if I could have been buying more lol
We currently go through that much, with 4 sandwiches a day and morning toast, we go the a bad a day. I would like to start making my own!
Excellent! A+
