Great, i need this, first i lost my GF she dead at 24 december 2013 on night xmas, and next at 24 december 2022 on same night xmas, i lost my dad.

I'm so sorry to hear that. We write this stuff to try to get those feelings out. I lost my best friend and my dad almost exactly 5 years apart from each other during the Christmas season, so I get where you're coming from a little bit. But you will be ok, people love you, and don't be afraid to get some help. Just do your best and know that there's a lot of love here for you.

Thankfully i'm in a much better place in my life now, but for a while there, i really did feel like this, wondering if anyone would even care if i didn't exist, wishing i didn't have to.
