With me it's kinda the opposite, when I'm eating i keep on overthinking and there's this never ending train of thoughts in my mind that i keep on stuffing my mouth and barely chew or swallow my food before stuffing some more and only if i hyperfocus on chewing my food and putting down the spoon only then can I eat slower
