Hello Dave,
I am from Germany. Here it is usual to pay a fee of about 10 or 15 euros to fly our sites.
If I com tu US, what do I have to pay if I want to go hanggliding ?
Please give some examples to me.

It depends on the site. Most sites require USHPA membership (not sure what that costs for visiting international pilots.) Some sites will require membership or day use fees and those vary by site.
