I love the way parking personal cars is the owners problem, not a problem that the community has to deal with, like having your roads clogged up with private vehicles parking for free. Here in australia the roads are far wider but with cars parked up either side there is less space to drive, ride a bicycle or walk. How i wish private car parking was banned here in tasmania, its not that i dont drive, we have 5 cars but 3 are undergoing restoration.

Used to live in yasuura when I was stationed at Naval Base Yokosuka. Learned after a taxi ride that the best way to tell them I wanted to go home was to say "Yasuura 7-Eleven" and that would get me real close.
