The 3rd Descender are not the Dragon Sovereigns. The Dragon Sovereigns are beings from Teyvat. descender aren’t from Teyvat. They’re aliens with the will to rival the world. The Gnosis has absolutely nothing to do with the Dragons powers. If it would have been the Gnosis Focalors wouldn’t have killed herself and destroyed her throne. She would have just given Neuvilette the Gnosis. But that’s not what happened because the Gnosis did not contain the power of the Dragons.
