One thing that bothers me: Doctors basically agree that plain water will always be better than juice to quench thirst. Reason being that both salt and sugar absorb water. Hence actually dehydrating you over time.
wait they say salt and sugar absorb water and so dehydrate you? I don't think that's right, NHS even recommends adding salt, sugar and baking soda to water if you want to make a re-hydration solution when you're ill.
@@TripleDistilledTinglesASMR If your body does not have enough salt, yes. Basically if you have trouble retaining moisture. But if you're healthy, nothing is better than plain old water.
