I just found out this song was part of the sound track of the show itself I gotta admit it goes in rather nicely Especially with scenes from the show of the magical realms
If this is an edited Peter Holes version I want just to tell you that you did something extraordinary. I just want you to know that. Have a wonderful day!
Just wanted to say thank you for this. Speaks to scots Irish blood 500%. Working on a rendition of it now. Just gotta find an abandoned church to do it in…
@@moldovanca Thank you so much! I will finish with my exams this week and I will be right back to editing. I will post this version of the song, complete as well.
I always felt this song had a pronounced sad tone due to its harmonies, blended with a hint of hope but still eminently sad. Now I think it goes perfect matched with such a character as Lord Morpheus, doomed from the start of his very existence to finally be destroyed by his very nature. Rest in peace Morpheus-aspect of Dream, hope somewhere you are finally at peace.
Uhmmmmm.... I'm so sorry, I think I did. Didn't even cross my mind to put a spoiler alert, the video caught me suddenly right in them feels. So sorry. But still, I think the comics are still well worth the read even if the ending is a little spoiled. I read them these days after already knowing the end, and the reading was made even more powerful for me because of knowing the end. Still, very sorry I forgot to put a spoiler alert, so sorry. Please do read the comics, they're life-changing.
If you let this end your enjoyment for something so profound.... well, maybe just stick to happy-ending fanfictions about Sandman then. The entire comic is full of existential angst, so that's that. The ending should be the least of your worries.
@@LupaEremita i didnt say i wanted a happy end, but watching this and reading this from now on i am gonna just think about how it ends, so guess you ruined it for me in a way
And your editing of this magical song is.... eternal, ethereal and breathtaking. Regardless of the fact that it does sound like Morpheus is singing the male voice - breathtakingly and heartbreakingly sad, with a pinch of hopeful at the same time - I see it as the best song there could've possibly been for Morpheus' wake. May you find peace sweet Lord, somewhere out there.
Such a good song with visuals

Morpheus singing the male part was my aim! ❤️
