I have just gotten the Resound Nexia a couple weeks ago, and the size is wonderful. However, the sounds is not so good as I am still learning how to navigate the app. One of the areas needed improvement is the connecting line needed to be shorter and flush in the ear. The connecting line is too long and visible. This takes away the beauty of the hearing aids. Additionally, the ear moles are very difficult to remove.

Phonak actually has real Bluetooth capabilities so I don't need all those interfaces to work with all the devices that have Bluetooth built in. Why pay you all more money for extra mandatory devices when Phonak hearing aids can connect DIRECTLY to my PC, TV, Phone, Cars, Watch, etc.! ReSound needs to come into the 21st Century and just offer BLUETOOTH connectivity to everything and stop limiting what can be connected to so we have to buy more of your crap devices to do it. I can watch TV at a friends home just by connecting my Phonak's to it directly. I can go to any office and connect to their Bluetooth PC and work there. I get in my car and it auto connects to my hearing aids. Wow, Phonak is letting us live in the 21st Century. Get with the game all you backwards hearing aid manufacturers. ReSound are you listening or do you need some Phonak's to "HEAR" the message?
I am using virto and need to upgrade to more power UP but phonak dont want to sell. I am very disappointed why are they not selling it in this country Malaysia.
Don't waste your time and money on Resound. I purchased Resound Nexia 9 in Nov 2024 and they have been terrible. Within several months the left HA died. The provider sent it back for repairs and after several months same issues. The provider stated this was rare and Resound replaced both HA. You guess it, three months later same issue. Not sure what the provider will do now but it appears I wasted $5200.

can't prove it by my 8 years with a Brio 2 and a Brio 3 - they have never been right. For a company that took 18 months to fix a problem with the model 10 model charger - which was actually the HA firmware - it is hard to find anything good about using them.

I find that my tinnitus is greatly affected by my diet. Look into your how your diet is affecting it.

I went from Resound aids to Phonak. Phonak is a superior hearing aid!
