Been thinking that this leader's ramping would play well with 10c Luffy given how quickly you get to ramp back. The turn after you play it, you use Luffy effect to go +1 Don, then Lim effect to go +1 putting you at 4. Next turn, you start at 6, go to 7, cheat out a card for 3 ramping you up to 8 and you still have 4 don left to attach or play out more bodies
Ive been testing with Kaido/Lin lin 10 cost but I like what your logic on top of that it doesn't matter if he comes out rested since the turn you still it will be ready to attack.

You are absolutely right I've been testing it, the play is to also have Nico played the turn after to protect your Odyssey cards.
